Poem #11; NaPoWriMo

Poem for Monday – Untitled

It’s a so fast city life
Day today. “One day,”
I dream, walking down
A city street, “One day,”
I say, pounding hard
The pavement, “I will
Have a better job,
A better life for me
And mine,” my mind a million
Miles away, my sights
Set on imagined things,
So focused I see
No one nor do they
See me, the mobs,
Passing, brushing by me,
Walking somewhere briskly
Where they are needed
Very badly, while I travel
On a city street and think
Random but relevant thoughts.
